- We stay current with UAE FTA, VAT, Corporate Tax and PDPL rules — your invoices stay compliant.
- Don't use the service for illegal activity, don't try to hack it, don't share your login.
- If we screw something up: we'll fix it fast. If we can't, you can leave with your data, full refund of unused time.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PRO-VIA Portal software-as-a-service application and the website at provia.ae (together, the "Service") provided by PRO-VIA Portal ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
PRO-VIA Portal is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning ("ERP") application designed for rent-a-car businesses operating in the United Arab Emirates. It includes modules for fleet, customers, contracts, invoicing, payments, traffic fines, Salik / Darb tolls, and accounting.
2. Eligibility & account
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your business to a contract.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at [email protected].
3. Subscription & payment
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly, semi-annually, or annually as you choose.
- PRO-VIA Portal is offered in four tiers (Starter, Professional, Business, Enterprise) with the base monthly fee per tier published on the pricing page. Half-year subscriptions receive a 20% discount on the tier's monthly rate; annual subscriptions receive a 40% discount.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT. UAE VAT (currently 5%) will be added to your invoice where applicable.
- If you have opted in to auto-pay, your saved card will be charged automatically before each renewal. You can disable auto-pay or remove your card at any time from inside the application.
- Failed payments may result in a temporary suspension of access until the balance is settled.
4. Cancellation & refunds
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, by email, or by phone.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You retain full access until then.
- We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time within a paid period.
- You can download a complete SQL backup of your business data at any time, including up to 30 days after cancellation.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other subscribers' accounts or to our infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or rent access to the Service without our prior written consent.
- Upload malware, viruses, or content that infringes third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of all the business data you put into PRO-VIA Portal. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.
7. Service availability & support
- We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced in advance.
- Email and WhatsApp support are available Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 to 18:00 GST.
- Critical security or availability issues are handled outside business hours.
8. Intellectual property
All software, design, content, and trademarks of the Service are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for the duration of your active subscription.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific business needs.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your business data, (b) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Modifications to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service from time to time. We may also revise these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Emirate of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
