Are PRO-VIA's tax invoices accepted by the FTA?
Yes. Every invoice generated by PRO-VIA carries the seller's TRN, a sequential invoice number, the standard 14-day due date convention, line items with per-line VAT, the 5% VAT total in AED, and a clean bilingual PDF rendering. The format meets the FTA's mandatory-fields requirement for tax invoices.
How does Salik / Darb integration actually work?
You upload the monthly Salik or Darb statement (CSV or paste). PRO-VIA reads each gate trip, matches it to the contract that was active on that plate at that timestamp, and bundles it into the renter's next invoice automatically. From 1 June 2026 (when Salik PJSC starts charging 5% VAT) PRO-VIA applies the correct VAT split and reflects it in your Box 1a output VAT. Customers operating in Abu Dhabi get Darb the same way.
Does the system handle Corporate Tax (9% over AED 375,000)?
Yes — every Period's accounting profit feeds a Corporate Tax preview report. The 9% over the AED 375,000 threshold is computed automatically per Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022. The annual filing PDF is ready for your accountant to sign and submit on the FTA portal.
Can multiple staff use the system at the same time?
Yes — every tier includes multi-user. Define roles (admin, accountant, agent, accountant, viewer-only) and PRO-VIA enforces per-role permissions. Every action is logged with the user who did it, the timestamp, and the row affected.
What devices does it work on?
